Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Heating and Cooling! After my new Trane system was installed by another HVAC company, I started having trouble and called them back out. They told me I needed a new motor and even with the warranty, they quoted me approximately $700 for the installation. That seemed unreasonably high to me so I started calling other local Trane dealers for estimates.
I’m so glad I did. I was fortunate enough to speak with Lara at Mr. Heating and Cooling. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me schedule an appointment. Mike came out today—he even brought a new motor in case it was needed—but said he wanted to inspect the unit first before replacing anything.
Within five minutes, my furnace was running again—it just needed a simple adjustment. I was shocked another company tried to upsell me, but so grateful for the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Mike and the Mr. Heating and Cooling team.
